    What happens if you have the project set to live and you are still not getting the right image for the screenshot?

    We recently had an issue with canvas/webgl elements not being captured.

    The Userback team researched the issue on our live site and told us why it was happening and pointed us to documentation to fix it, which it did, over the weekend!

    Submit a request and they'll likely be able to solve it.

    This didn't work for me. When set to local images are missing, when set to live it says timeout: website could not be connected.

    I have all my projects on live and none of my screenshot show accurately. This is getting very frustrating...

    This is really frustrating. I got this app to make easier for the feedback process between my clients and my web designs, and I got a big surprise when I saw that the screen shots are wrong or don't display the images, and my project is live.

    I saw comments from nine months ago and the problem persist, why is that, this is an abandoned software?
