    What happens if you have the project set to live and you are still not getting the right image for the screenshot?

    When your screenshots are not styled properly, it is very likely that your website is behind a firewall which makes it not accessible by our screenshot rendering engine. You can white-list our server IPs. Please send us an email at support@userback.io and we will help you from there.

    We recently had an issue with canvas/webgl elements not being captured.

    The Userback team researched the issue on our live site and told us why it was happening and pointed us to documentation to fix it, which it did, over the weekend!

    Submit a request and they'll likely be able to solve it.
