Your Userback account is organised by projects. You can create multiple projects for collecting feedback on multiple web pages.
If you’re using a browser extension, you can specify which projects feedback is sent to and from specific pages.
How to create a new project
1. Head over to the Projects page and click the "Create Project" button.
2. Name your project and its URL (for your reference), select relevant categories for workflow and any users you wish to have access to this project.
3. Click Get Started and from there, you can add further information to your project if you need to.
Your project will have its own widget and extension.
Access the widget settings by clicking the Edit widget button and to add this project to your extension, click the extension button on the top right.
