If you use JIRA to manage your bug tracking, development tasks or even marketing tasks, connecting Userback to JIRA will let you instantly push tasks through to your team.
You can choose which projects to connect to JIRA and have feedback automatically get added or manually push feedback through to JIRA.
Connecting to JIRA is simple. All you need is your JIRA URL, a Username and an API Token.
Head into Userback and click Integrations. Select the project you would like to connect and click the green activate button for JIRA.
Add your JIRA login details and click Next.
Note: The latest version of JIRA requires an API Token to be used. If you are using JIRA Cloud or your self hosted JIRA is the latest version, You must use an API Token instead of your account password. You can click the "Get my Jira API Token" link to create an API Token.
If the login details are correct, you'll be able to select the Issue details that you would like all of your feedback for the selected project to go to.
Congratulations! Your JIRA connection will now be activated. On the JIRA integrations panel, you can selected if you would like to send ALL of your feedback to JIRA or manually send specific feedback.
