If you use JIRA to manage your bug tracking, development tasks or even marketing tasks, connecting Userback to JIRA will let you instantly push tasks through to your team.
You can choose which projects to connect to JIRA and have feedback automatically get added or manually push feedback through to JIRA.
Connecting to JIRA is simple. All you need is your JIRA URL, a username and a password.
First things first, your username, some of us don’t login with a username so to locate this log into your JIRA account and click the settings cog.
Click User management and your username will be listed here.
Once you have your username, head into Userback and click Integrations.
Select the project you would like to connect and click the green activate button for JIRA.
Add your JIRA login details and click Next
Note: Remember to always use HTTPS for your JIRA HOST or the integration may not function correctly
If the login details are correct, you'll be able to select the Issue details that you would like all of your feedback for the selected project to go to.
Congratulations! Your JIRA connection will now be activated. On the JIRA integrations panel, you can selected if you would like to send ALL of your feedback to JIRA or manually send specific feedback.
