Using a browser extension is easiest way to start collecting feedback and is perfect for marketing and development teams.
For example, a marketing team working on website updates can easily ask internal stakeholders to install the extension and when the page needs to be reviewed, all the feedback from the team is
collected back in Userback for the marketing team to action.
To setup your Userback extension, head to the Extensions menu and follow the 3 simple steps
1. Download the extensions:
Chrome extension: download it from the Chrome Store, and click the ‘Add to chrome’
Firefox extension: download it from the Firefox add on market.
2. Copy and paste your account key to the extension option
To add the account key to your Chrome extension, following it's installation, right click the Userback extension and select options.
Alternatively, head to the main extensions menu and click options from the Userback Extension
Paste in the account key
Your Userback extension will work with all of your projects, you simply need to add the website’s that you’re collecting feedback on for each project.
