Using a browser extension is the easiest way to start collecting feedback and is perfect for marketing and development teams.
For example, a marketing team working on website updates can easily ask internal stakeholders to install the extension and when the page needs to be reviewed, all the feedback from the team is
collected back in Userback for the marketing team to action.
To setup your Userback extension, head to the Extensions menu and follow the 3 simple steps
1. Download the extensions:
- Chrome extension: Download it from the Chrome Store.
- Firefox add-on: Download it from the Firefox add-ons market.
2. Copy and paste your account key to the extension option
To add the account key to your Chrome extension, following its installation, right click the Userback extension and select options.
Paste in the account key
Your Userback extension will work with all of your projects, you simply need to add the websites that you’re collecting feedback on for each project.
