Welcome to Userback!
Thanks for choosing us to collect and manage visual feedback on your website and web applications. Getting started with Userback is really easy and you'll be up and running with just a few simple steps.
1. Create a project
Projects are the home for the feedback you collect with Userback.
To create a new project, simply click the project menu at the top of the page and click the 'Create project' button.
Each time you login, you'll be greeted with your project overview and you can easily change projects by clicking the Project drop down.
Check out this article to learn more about projects.
2. Setting up your feedback widget
Your feedback widget is what your customers will use to submit their feedback. Your widget can be customized to meet your needs by going to Settings and clicking 'Edit widget'.
Once you're happy with the style of your widget, simply click 'Get Widget Code' and follow the instructions to add the code to your web pages.
If you're not ready to add the code, you can still see your widget in action in this demo site.
See this article to learn more about your widget settings.
3. View and manage feedback
The Feedback menu will display all of the feedback submitted to your project. There are no limits to the amount of feedback in your account and you can easily change the view from list to grid.
Selecting a feedback will take you directly into the feedback viewer which will give you all of the important information about that feedback including any comments, pins and screen annotations.
Userback also makes it easy to manage your feedback with features such as comments, assignment, workflows and bulk actions.
