The Userback feedback widget is a great way to collect feedback on any web page.
However, if your website or web app is in a protected environment, such as behind a firewall, you will need some additional settings when setting up Userback.
In order to have Userback work properly on protected and local sites (such as Staging and Dev Hosts), we recommend the following.

We also suggest whitelisting the Userback domains.
If you are not able to change a firewall rule, you can use our browser extensions which will work without any firewall change.
