Getting client feedback on your design concepts and images is easy.
All you need to do is upload your design to Userback, share it with your clients and voila! Visual. Feedback. Fast.
Here's how it's done.
Upload your design
To upload a design for feedback, start by selecting "Designs" from the top menu.
If your design is hosted on a web page, you can simply enter the URL and Userback will automatically upload the desktop, tablet and mobile versions of your design.
If your design is an image, simply click the "Upload Image" button and choose the file you wish to upload. You can upload up to 10 images at the same time. Max file size is 10MB and supported formats are jpg, png and gif.
Please note that because the Designs feature creates a static image of your web page, it is not suitable for use with animated pages. To get feedback on pages with animations, we recommend using our widget code or browser extensions.
Share your design
Once your design is uploaded, the next step is to share it so that others can give you their feedback.
Hover your mouse over the design and click "Get feedback" to see your share options.
1. Choose Project
When feedback is submitted on your design, it will be added to this project in accordance with the project and widget settings.
2. Share Options
To share your design, you can either copy the private link and manually share it with others. Or you can enter an email address and we'll send them all the details.
How to submit feedback
To submit feedback on your design, the people that you've shared it with simply click the "Add Feedback" button and follow the prompts.
If you wish to customize the feedback widget used with your design, you can do this by editing the widget in the project settings.
When new feedback is submitted, you will be notified as per your project’s notification settings.
To view the feedback, simply head over to "Projects", select your chosen project and click the "Feedback"menu.
From here you can manage feedback on your designs in the same way as managing feedback on your web projects.
