Zapier is a great way to connect Userback with your favorite apps.
Even though Userback does not yet have a direct integration with Zapier, you can still connect Userback with Zapier using webhooks.
Here's how it's done.
1. Create a new zap to connect Userback with Zapier
In Zapier, start by making a new zap. Choose "Webhooks by Zapier" from the list of apps and "Catch Hook" as the event.
It should look something like this.
2. Connect your custom webhook URL
The next step is to connect your customer webhook URL between Zapier and Userback.
Copy the URL provided in Zapier.
In Userback, go to your Project and click on the Integrations page. Locate the Webhooks integration and click "Activate".
Paste the custom webhook URL into the field provided.
3. Test your trigger
To test the connection, simply click the "Test" button in Userback.
In Zapier, click the button to test your connection. If successful, you should see something like this.
4. Select an app to connect with
You're now ready to connect Zapier with a 3rd party app. Simply locate your desired app in the list and specify the event.
In this example, we're telling Zapier to create a task in Plutio.
5. Sign in to your chosen app
The last step is to sign in to your chosen app and finish setting up any required fields. This step will depend on the app you've chosen to connect with.
And that's it. You're now good to go!
Now when new feedback is created in Userback, your webhook connection with Zapier will trigger the specified event in your chosen app.
