There are times where you might like to have more finite control over how a widget is displayed to someone on your site. For example, load the widget when a visitor has been on the site for more than 10 seconds. Or, only show the widget when it has been triggered by the JS API
Essentially, Widget Triggers give you more control over how your feedback widget is displayed on your site.
Userback gives you 4 options to trigger the widget.
Page load: Automatically load the Userback widget as soon as the page loads
Time on page: Display the Userback widget after a specific period of time (in seconds)
API: Hide the Userback widget on the page, and use the JS API to trigger the widget to display.
Widget URL: Hide the Userback widget on the page and only show the widget when someone uses the widget URL.
Widget triggers can be set up by visiting the Widget menu, expanding the Additional Tweaks card and selecting the appropriate trigger.
